At Surrey Sports Park we take pride in offering an exciting and diverse class timetable. Whatever your preferences or personal ability you'll find a range of instructor led classes to chose from, from the traditional to the more diverse and cutting edge.
Whether you’re training for a specific event or aiming to tone up, looking for a weekly yoga class to unwind or want to work up a sweat in a spinning class, we offer a workout to meet the needs of all ages and abilities.
Places on all classes are limited. Guests can book for all group fitness classes in advance online, in person or by calling 01483 689111. Members can book up to 14 days in advance, whilst non‑members can book up to 7 days in advance. Members can beat the queues and collect pre‑booked tickets at the Ticket Collection Kiosks at Front of House (membership card required). For Health and Safety reasons, class tickets should be bought and collected prior to class starting time. Class attendees should arrive promptly for the advertised start of the class and tickets must be handed to the instructor. A valid ticket is required to attend all classes. Late arrivals will be refused entry to ensure a positive experience for the rest of the class attendees.
Both members and non-members must register attendance for every session they book onto, to ensure those that are genuinely able to attend, can do so. If you do not check-in to your class, you will receive an automated non-attendance email and risk losing your online booking rights for a period of two weeks.Class Timetable
