BODYATTACK™ is a sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Keep Me Going - Run Club

Keep Me Going - Run Club

This class is for people who can run a 5k without stopping. This can be a progression from the 6-week beginners’ course and a great way to keep up the fitness & confidence you have built. It is also a class for those who have been running for years. It provides a space for you to continue to challenge your speed, distance, and strength in a group of likeminded people.

W.O.W (Workout of the Week)

W.O.W (Workout of the Week)

Our workout of the week combines traditional exercises with interval techniques to set the metabolism on fire! A strong focus on getting the most out of your class and yourself, motivation and coaching provided in this 45-minute whole body blast.

High intensity interval training is structured using short bursts of maximal energy output followed by a short recovery period. This class will not only improve your cardiovascular fitness whilst maximising calorie burn; but will also build upon your strength and stamina, ultimately helping you achieve your goals faster!

Guest Notice – Face Coverings

From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.
