IMPORTANT | Update Regarding Bookings and Payment

Updated 28th March 2024 

We have been advised by our Payment Provider that this is a systemic issue they are experiencing across a number of their customers and they are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible. While we do not have a timeline to share, this issue is expected to continue to affect our ability to accept online payments over the Easter weekend.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are actively working with our provider to fix the issue as soon as possible.

26th March 2024 

Our commercial payment provider is currently experiencing an unforeseen, temporary outage impacting all Surrey Sports Park online transactions. We are actively working with the provider to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Booking Options:

• Book Now, Pay Later: Members can utilise the “book now, pay later” function placing their account into debt. This allows for the advanced booking of sessions either in-person or via email with payment settled at reception upon arrival.
• New Members: To book sessions, all new members must first register for an online account.

Alternative Booking Methods:

• In-Person: Bookings can be made directly at reception.
• Email: Bookings can be made by directly emailing info@surreysportspark.co.uk with the following information:
• • • Member Name
    • Desired Session Date & Time
    • Member Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Date of Birth (DOB)

Important Note: Outstanding payments must be settled at reception prior to scanning in for your session. 

Online & App Bookings

We understand and acknowledge the frustration this outage will cause to our members and wider users and are actively working with our provider to fix the issue as soon as possible.
