    At Surrey Sports Park, we pride ourselves on providing opportunities for all ages and standards to become involved in our tennis programme. We offer two show courts and an additional six courts all of which are floodlit, providing the opportunity to play all year round.

    Tennis is regarded as one of the most social sports encouraging communication and interaction while having fun. It’s great for meeting new people, making business connections and few sports can offer the opportunity to families that tennis can. Constant movement and action in tennis will keep your mind focused and your body fit as you burn calories, build muscle and increase bone strength and flexibility

    Surrey Sports Park Tennis Club

    Surrey Sports Park offers tennis to members and non-members alike. For non-members there is the opportunity to book one of our eight floodlit tennis courts which provides the chance to play all year round. Members can enjoy the friendly social atmosphere of club mornings and evenings as well as regular matchplay by joining our singles boxes and for the stronger player represent Surrey Sports Park against other local clubs.

This involves both home and away matches which is a great opportunity to visit other clubs and see how they run. It also brings a lot of visitors to SSP. It is also nice that the students participate in our adult matches.”

    Guest Fees

    Non-members playing with a member are required to pay a guest fee at time of booking: Adult guest fee: £4.20 Junior (U16) guest fee: £2.80. Book online or call 01483 689111 for more information.

Whatever level you may be, I have an understanding of the technical, tactical and physical elements needed to progress within this sport and given my background experience with players off all ages and abilities, I am most certain I can add to your game!”

      Guest Notice – Face Coverings

      From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

      The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

      The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

      Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.
