BODYATTACK™ is a sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. Every rider uses their individual Functional Threshold Power (FTP) figure to build a colour-coded zonal system to use throughout the class. A 30-minute HIIT class around our functional Synrgy 360 frame in the gym. Synrgy provides a total body workout as you alternate between 12 workstations for a set period. Equipment used can include TRX suspension kit, slam balls, battle ropes and IC7 bikes alongside full-body movement with crunches and burpees.
