We’re saying goodbye to Spinning, and hello to indoor cycling!

As you may have already heard, we are undertaking an exciting full refurbishment of our Indoor Cycling Studio this month. We will be bringing in 25 new IC7 bikes (by ICG and Life Fitness) and their MyRide studio system.

The room will be closed from Tuesday 19th June – Wednesday 27th June while we install the new bikes and system. Our brand new new indoor cycling ‘Park Classic’ classes will begin on Wednesday 27th June, our timetables won’t change so there’s no need to change your workout plans.

The new and updated system will enable us to enhance your indoor cycling experience. Complete with a series of different instructor-led sessions you’ll be able to get active in a whole new way. You can even get a sweat on outside of timetabled sessions thanks to our virtual rides!

We hope you’re just as excited about our refurbishment as we are, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused while we refurbish. If you have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to contact us at health@surreysportspark.co.uk.

Guest Notice – Face Coverings

From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.

Thank you,

Surrey Sports Park
