A fun aerobics class that you can take at your own pace, designed to increase cardiovascular fitness as well as strengthen main muscle groups through toning exercises. Through motivational music and instruction this class will energise you and get your heartbeat up with easy to follow moves, finishing with a good stretch at the end.

Step is a fun and effective way to sweat and tone the lower body, building routines that will challenge your agility and coordination. The inclusion of the step adds intensity, without impact. Targeted muscle work will also be included, making this a perfect all-rounder for those who want to sweat and condition the body.
