Booking System FAQs

When registering, if you are a member or guest member or have had a membership at Surrey Sports Park in the past, please make sure you select “I am a member… and need to create an online account”.

You will need to use the same email address that you gave us when you signed up.

If you are new and have never had a membership or guest account at Surrey Sports Park, please select “I am new… and would to sign up”.

There are a few possible reasons why you are receiving an error message when trying to sign up:

-Please make sure to double check your membership card number, date of birth and email address when registering. If you want to change any of these details, or cannot remember them, please contact us so we can sort this out for you.

-Please make sure the card number you enter is your membership card number and not your bank card number.

-Passwords require special characters to proceed (ex. !ӣ$%^&*() as well as numbers and both upper and lower case letters.

Please make sure you update your marketing preferences in the “Marketing Preferences” section. This will ensure you get all the news that is relevant to you.

Members can book 14 days ahead, and guests can book 4 days ahead of the day you are making the booking.

If you are seeing incorrect prices when you are making a booking, please try clearing your cache/cookies from the browser, or use different web browser when accessing the online booking system the first time. To ensure that you are only paying for what you should be, please always review the website and WorldPay before making any payment transaction.

If you are experiencing price / class inconsistencies when booking online, we recommend you clear your browser’s cache or use another browser.
