A Whole Summer Of Fun For Young Sports Stars

Surrey Sports Park offers a whole summer of fun for children aged 3 – 16, with an exciting range of holiday camps in basketball, netball, squash, tennis, badminton, climbing and swimming.

Running from 29 July to 29 August, our professionally-run camps put a smile on the faces of your future sports stars as we help them learn new skills, stay healthy and make new friends – and with a new online booking system, it’s never been easier to confirm your place!

A series of three-day swimming camps offer a range of one-to-one or group lessons for all stages and abilities, including an Introduction to Deep Water, and Improvers courses for both butterfly and breaststroke, for more experienced young swimmers.

The Scorchers Junior AllStars Basketball camp lets all budding Lebron James and Michael Jordans play the Scorchers Way with expert coaching from members of our professional British Basketball League squad. Courses are available for ages 8-12 and 13-16.

For our youngest participants, the three-day Tiny Tots Tennis Camp is perfect for children aged 3-5 to learn the basics of the sport, along with balance, co-ordination, agility and movement, in a fun, friendly environment. Our Red and Orange Tennis Camp teaches children aged 5-9 a range of stroke techniques and allows them to play games.

Junior Camps in Badminton or Squash are perfect for ages 8-16 to develop their skills and gameplay abilities, with an emphasis on learning the basics of each sport.

Surrey Storm Junior Netball Camps for ages 7-17 are led by a member of our Netball Superleague squad alongside one of our Community Coaches. Tailored towards the 7-9, 9-11, 11-14 and 11-17 age groups, camps help players of all abilities to improve their skills and learn more about the tactics of the game. The Storm Experience Camp, for ages 11-17, is targeted towards aspiring County and Academy-level players.

We look forward to welcoming you over the summer.

Guest Notice – Face Coverings

From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.

Thank you,

Surrey Sports Park
