Welcome To Two New Les Mills Workouts!

We are delighted to announce the arrival of two new Les Mills workouts at Surrey Sports Park in July.

Both GRIT and CXWorx launch on Monday 22 July, but you can be one of the first to experience them at SSP on Sunday 7 July! Places at our launch can be booked from Sunday 23 June, with our full schedule of classes able to be booked from Monday 8 July.

If you love BodyAttack but want to change your game, GRIT is perfect for you – a 30-minute HIIT workout featuring high-knee runs, burpees, mountain climbers, tuck jumps, squat jumps and more which burns approximately 400 calories and kick-starts an accelerated metabolism. It is scientifically-designed to drive your heart-rate into specific training zones which take your fitness to the next level. Powerful music and our highly-skilled coaches will motivate you to push yourself to your max and help you improve your aerobic fitness, increase athleticism, burn fat and reduce the risk of heart disease.

CXWorx gives fast results to help you build not just a stronger core, but a stronger everything – and it can be tailored to challenge you, whatever your fitness levels. This 30-minute workout uses resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body-weight exercises like crunches and hovers. It’s ideal for tightening your torso, tummy and bum, improving functional strength and helping you avoid injury.

Visit here on Sunday to get your FREE taster session!

Guest Notice – Face Coverings

From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.

Thank you,

Surrey Sports Park
