With winter on the horizon, it’s time to warm up those muscles. We have a wide range of Health, Fitness & Wellbeing courses commencing this winter.
Here is a breakdown of the offers available as cold starts to set in around Surrey.
We have a new Pilates course that will help you strengthen your core and feel healthier.
Foundation Pilates (Tuesday 23rdOct – 27thNov 19:30-20:30)
Activate your core more effectively and move with more control and precision using the breath effectively
Clear the chills from your body with any of our three Yoga classes from beginners to experts’ classes catering for your ability.
Yoga: Recharge and De-stress (Friday 2ndNov – 23rdNov 12:00-12:45)
A lunchtime yoga class will give you a break from the working day and equip you with practical techniques to counteract stress and physical discomfort.
Yoga for Beginners (Monday 5thNov – 10thDec 17:55-18:55)
An introduction to yoga poses and movements, allowing beginners to feel confident with the basics of yoga before attending a regular class.
Yoga for Improvers (Monday 5thNov – 10thDec 19:00 – 20:00)
Come to our Improvers course for expert guidance to advance some of the postures you’re already familiar with.
GIRLS WHO LIFT
