Summer seems just around the corner, and we have a range of courses to help you look and feel your best as 2019 really hots up.

Our six-week Foundation Pilates course – designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the balance of your body – running until 9 July.

Four Friday lunchtime yoga sessions, running weekly until 28 June from 12-12.45pm, are available to help you Recharge and Destress after a hard week at work!

Gain more gym confidence and build the body you have always wanted with our women-only beginners’ weights session Girls Who Lift, a seven-week course running on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 6-7pm, starting in the week commencing 1 July.

Beginners Yoga starts on Monday 8 July with six hour-long sessions running every Monday at 6pm, until 12 August. Participants will learn a mix standing and seated postures plus breathing and physical exercises to help connect the mind, body and soul.
