Summer seems just around the corner, and we have a range of courses to help you look and feel your best as 2019 really hots up.
Our six-week Foundation Pilates course – designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the balance of your body – commences on Tuesday 4 June at 7.30pm and runs until 9 July.
Four Friday lunchtime yoga sessions, running weekly from 7 – 28 June from 12-12.45pm, are available to help you Recharge and Destress after a hard week at work!
If you’re ready for a challenge, or fed up with the same fitness routine, our toughest course returns on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 June, to push you to your limits! Battlecamp is a six-week, 12-session outdoor bootcamp to take your speed, strength, agility and stamina to the next level.
Gain more gym confidence and build the body you have always wanted with our women-only beginners’ weights session Girls Who Lift, a seven-week course running on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 6-7pm, starting in the week commencing 1 July.
Beginners Yoga starts on Monday 8 July with six hour-long sessions running every Monday at 6pm, until 12 August. Participants will learn a mix standing and seated postures plus breathing and physical exercises to help connect the mind, body and soul.
