Spring Timetables

2019 has arrived, and with it comes our new set of timetables.

If your New Year’s resolution involves getting more active, reaching a specific fitness goal, or trying a new sport, then we’ve got something for you.

With over 100 weekly health, fitness and wellbeing classes you’re sure to find something that takes your fancy.

Our 50m swimming pool is the perfect place to get active if you prefer working out in water, or maybe give our new Aqua Zumba class a go.

We also run weekly sport sessions in basketball, badminton, tennis and squash, and you can always book a court or pitch for your own uses.
