As we wind down for the Christmas break, we’re already looking ahead to the new year and what we can do to help you achieve your new set of goals. We have a wide range of Health, Fitness & Wellbeing courses to get you on track from the start of 2019.
Here is a breakdown of what we have coming up at the Sports Park to get you started.
CHOOSE TO LOSE
Choose to lose is back in the new year to help you gain fitness, improve your health, lose inches and increase your confidence in a supportive environment! Take the plunge and join one of our teams in January.
Blue Team: Mondays & Wednesdays 12:00 – 13:00
Dates: 14th January – 20th March
Red Team: Tuesdays & Thursdays 19:00 – 20.00
Dates: 15th January – 21st March
Are you looking to feel more comfortable or get more out of our traditional yoga classes? Our range of Yoga courses are designed to increase your confidence and improve the results you get from practising yoga.
Yoga for Beginners (Monday 14th Jan – 18th Feb 17:55-18:55)
An introduction to yoga poses and movements, allowing beginners to feel confident with the basics of yoga before attending a regular class.
Yoga for Improvers (Monday 14th Jan – 18th Feb 19:00 – 20:00)
Come to our Improvers course for expert guidance to advance some of the postures you’re already familiar with.
Yoga: Recharge and De-stress (Friday 11th Jan – 1st Feb 12:00-12:45)
A lunchtime yoga class will give you a break from the working day and equip you with practical techniques to counteract stress and physical discomfort.
(Thursdays 15th Jan – 19th Feb 19:30 – 20:30)
Have you got new year goals such as improving your balance, gaining core strength, improving flexibility or posture? Our Pilates course will help you achieve these in just 6 weeks.
