Please book your court before going to the venue.

We are following government and national governing body guidance which only permits households to play together whilst the country is in Step 2. Please ensure that you only attend to play with someone from your household.

Court bookings can currently only be made online by clicking here.

Court access is free to our Full Access and Sports members. You will need to have registered on our online booking platform linked here. If you are a member with us and the person you are playing with is not, they are required to pay a £3 guest fee. At this time we are only able to take card payments.

For our pay and play users, court hire is £11.50 per hour during peak times and £9.50 during off-peak times. Our peak times are from open-8am and 4pm-close Monday to Friday

At the moment we will not able to hire equipment to our users. If you book a court you will need to bring your own equipment and should not share this with other players.

If you are a member you may book your court up to 14 days in advance. If you are using the court as a guest member you may book your court 4 days in advance.

Please note that currently all court bookings can only be made online.

Access to the courts is only permitted to those who have pre-booked via the online service.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before start time of your booking, to ensure that the previous booking will have left. Please leave promptly at the end of your booking.

On arrival please proceed to the front of the building where you can check in at reception once all members of your booking are ready. You may be asked to queue briefly to the left of our entrance.

After checking in you can proceed through the building to access the courts. Please see the infographic here for directions.

A keep left policy is in place on all pathways and corridors to encourage social distancing and we ask you to follow this. We also have signage encouraging social distancing.

Those on the courts have right of way and the previous booking should leave the court before the following booking can enter.

Our maximum number on a court is two. Social distancing must still be followed unless you are from the household. This applies both on the court and during breaks.

England Squash recommend that you play ‘Sides’ as it’s a modified/adapted version of the game which allows players to meet social distancing measures, with each player remaining in their own half of the court at all times.

Spectators are not permitted at this time.

If you have concerns, please raise them with a member of Surrey Sports Park staff.

We ask all users to take responsibility on the courts and to adhere to the guidance set by England Squash (click here) and the government.

We would like to remind you that if you are accompanied by your children, you are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.

Hand sanitiser will be available and is encouraged to be used by guests at the station as they enter the building.

Toilet facilities are available for public use. Please be respectful of the current social distancing requirements when moving within the room.

Changing facilities will not be available – we request that you arrive changed ready for your activity.

Lockers will not be available, please come ready to exercise. Only drawstring or racket bags are permitted into the building
