Our great variety of yoga workshops are the perfect way to go a little bit deeper. The two hour workshops are a time to hone your technique or gain a better understanding, designed to improve your practice by leaps and bounds.
This workshop is designed to help you run further, faster and most importantly, stay injury free. Whether you are elite, a “fair weather” runner, or have been building up to your first 5k, everyone can benefit from taking some time to care for your mind and body. This workshop will stimulate you, leaving you refreshed, uplifted and focused.
Start the two hour workshop with a one-hour yoga session that will help ease aches & pains, improve flexibility, enhance balance & form, reduce risk of injuries, strengthen the whole body and improve mental focus – ideal for races or every day runs.
The second hour will be led by Chris where you you will experience a run/coached session, learn four key exercises to take you forward in your running ability, work up to a 5k, understand the importance of cooling down and learn six key UK Athletics stretches.
Who’s it for?
This is for all level runners looking to include yoga in their training, those who already practice yoga regularly, and anyone curious to see how yoga can help them.
