Summer Activity Timetable

Welcome to the University of Surrey Summer Activity Timetable!

We're running a variety of different sessions that you can get involved with over the summer months, many of them right on the Stag Hill Campus.

Booking

Please note, if you are not a member of Surrey Sports Park you will need to sign up for Guest Registration in order to book on to sessions. Once you have created your account you will be able to book sessions up to one week in advance of the start date. Please ensure you bring confirmation of booking to all sessions. A full breakdown of the booking process can be found on our Online Booking page.

If you are a Surrey Sports Park member the booking process is entirely the same as booking on to any other session with us.

Ballroom Dancing

Get your feet moving and your heart racing with our Ballroom Dancing classes.

Led by a professional instructor, these sessions are all about enjoyment and learning new life skills.

Lunchtime Climbing

If you’re looking to develop core stability and upper body strength climbing is the sport for you. Come and get a lunchtime workout with our trained coaches.

Surrey Summit is Surrey Sports Park’s very own indoor climbing centre, the perfect place to try out a brand new and exciting sport.

Zumba®

Zumba® is the exciting fusion of an interval training based toning workout coupled with dance influenced steps, including Salsa, Merengue, Samba and Reggaton. Full of latin flava and zest and fun for everyone.

Yoga

A combination of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Fitness. This class incorporate stretch, strength and yoga postures which help you improve your flexibility, breathing, mind, body and soul.

Outdoor Gym

Come and try out Stag Hill’s latest instalment, the perfect place for workout.

We’ll be delivering 30 minute Synergy sessions, packed with different exercises you can do on the brand new addition to campus.

BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK™ is a sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
