I am currently the Lead Strength & Conditioning Specialist for Precision Coaching which involves working with multi-discipline sports and triathletes competing in various events ranging from Sprint Distance Triathlon to Ironman.
In 2012 I was responsible for training two swimmers for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games and since then have worked with three European Junior medalists & a Youth Commonwealth Games Gold Medal Champion. I also work with organisations such as McLaren F1, Prior’s Field Tennis and British Swimming. It is my background in S&C that enables me to incorporate advanced training methods into all my training sessions no matter the training ability to help you achieve your sport and fitness goals.
As a former swimmer, I have always enjoyed competitive sport and now compete in triathlons, representing Great Britain at both an Age Group and Elite level for the past 5 years.
I am a very focused and dedicated trainer who is constantly seeking to broaden my knowledge within the industry. I take particular pride in ensuring my clients achieve their goals and are fully supported along the way.
I have vast knowledge in the area of injury rehabilitation and train a number of high-profile performance athletes in a range of sports. Alongside working with private clients, I work with a number of sports teams inc. Harlequins Mens XV, Harlequins Ladies XV and Guildford Flames Ice Hockey as a Sports Therapist.
I have also taken the role of Sports & Exercise therapist for many charity events including; London Marathon, Prudential Ride, Race for Life, Surrey Half Marathon and Windsor Duathlon & Triathlon.
Sport has always been a huge part of my life and my main sports are rugby and squash, previously playing outside centre for Guildfordians 1st XV RFC and currently competing in the Squash leagues at Surrey Sports Park.
I have over six years' experience working in fitness, and have participated in Half-Marathons, Triathlons, CrossFit and masters swimming.
I have spent the last 3 years focusing on weight training and strength development. My main passion is building women’s confidence to train strength; coaching and encouraging my clients so they can approach the weights area confidently and technically skilled.

My passion for sport and exercise has seen me develop as a coach and now having over 5 years’ experience working in professional sport. Alongside this I have also worked for several years as a personal trainer with a variety clients, ranging from international rugby players to your public gym enthusiast.
My training philosophy is built on the idea that we all are unique and therefore require a unique approach to training. By combining my experience and approach I am able to tailor training methodologies in order to achieve the best outcome for my clients, whether that be performance based or just making day to day life easier.
I am a friendly and approachable trainer, who has the ability to bring realistic and achievable goals set out for clients. I am also very serious about my own personal health and training, leading me to have a successful background in powerlifting, from which lead me to study Strength and Conditioning Science at University level.
Over my years of training I have participated in many competitions all the way from a novice level to a world standard level in powerlifting. I went on to compete in the British Championships and then the World Championships which were held in the USA, in which I took gold medal and first place in my category (WDFPA 2012). I strive to get the best out of my clients and recognise that each individual will respond differently to training, as a result I will work alongside you to improve your confidence within the gym, provide consistent feedback and tailor your programme to your specific goals, whatever they may be.
From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.
The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.
The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.
Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.
