I have a strong background in Strength & Conditioning, as well as several years’ experience in personal training. I am passionate about what I do and this reflects in the way that I train.
My enthusiasm, patience and commitment enables me to provide realistic and attainable goals within a given time frame. Whether your goal is to hit a new PB or lose a stone, my mind is set on getting you to achieve your end result.
I have vast experience of various versatile training methods. Using a unique and athletic approach to your training you will benefit the most out of our personal training sessions no matter what your level of fitness. I specialise in performance targets; from general weight loss to sport specific Strength and Conditioning. I have trained a number of athletes from Sprinters to British & Irish Lions rugby players and I excel when I can align myself to a specific sport or event.
I am currently the Lead Strength & Conditioning Specialist for Precision Coaching which involves working with multi-discipline sports and triathletes competing in various events ranging from Sprint Distance Triathlon to Ironman.
In 2012 I was responsible for training two swimmers for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games and since then have worked with three European Junior medalists & a Youth Commonwealth Games Gold Medal Champion. I also work with organisations such as McLaren F1, Prior’s Field Tennis and British Swimming. It is my background in S&C that enables me to incorporate advanced training methods into all my training sessions no matter the training ability to help you achieve your sport and fitness goals.
As a former swimmer, I have always enjoyed competitive sport and now compete in triathlons, representing Great Britain at both an Age Group and Elite level for the past 5 years.
I treat each client differently, recognising that what works for one person may not work for another. I will strive to get the very best out of my clients, whatever your goal may be.
This will be achieved by maintaining the importance of technique and setting achievable, realistic goals along the way. Coupled with this, I have a vast knowledge of the science underpinning exercise physiology and will use the latest research to aid in your fitness journey. I am currently Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Old Elthamians RFC (National 1) and Surrey Storm Netball Franchise (Vitality Super League) and have previously worked with Harlequins RFC as well as individuals from sports such as Football, Rowing and Skiing.

I finished college and started my career in Social Housing. It was whilst working in the office environment that I trained as a Group Exercise Class Instructor. I re-developed my passion of health and fitness and began teaching a wide variety of exercise classes in my spare time.
I took up a regular yoga practice and it was then that I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. In April 2015 I ran my first marathon and completed it in 3 hours 14 minutes – it was this achievement which gave me the confidence to give up working in Social Housing and pursue a career in Personal Training and teaching Yoga and Group Exercise.
My training and main speciality is in powerlifting and strength training- analysing and performing the main disciplines involved within the sport and looking at corrective work to aid my own training as well as the development of others.
I also focus on the importance of flexibility and mobility within my training and with clients during programmes. Whether you’re taking your first steps into strength training or looking to progress your current routine I have the knowledge and passion to help.
I am an enthusiastic, motivated Personal training who will make you look at exercise in a different way. I give a passionate professional approach to exercise.
With three children myself, I have lots of knowledge and experience in pre-and post-natal exercise and will make sure that you train effectively and safely in both the run up to labour and also afterwards. With my knowledge from sports massage, I am always very keen to make sure that you are working your muscles correctly to get the best out of your training.
I am a focused and dedicated trainer who is constantly seeking to broaden my knowledge within the industry. I take particular pride in ensuring my clients achieve their goals and are fully supported along the way.
I specialise in the area of injury rehabilitation and train a number of high profile performance athletes in a range of sports. Alongside working with private clients, I am currently studying BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation at University and work with a number of sports teams including Harlequins RFC, assisting with post-session recovery and pre-match preparation, Aldershot FC as part of the medical and Strength and Conditioning team and Surrey Storm Netball U21’s as the primary carer and therapist.
I have taken the role of Sports & Exercise therapist for many charity events including The London Marathon, Prudential Ride, Race for Life, Surrey Half Marathon and Windsor Duathlon & Triathlon. Sport has always been a huge part of my life and my main sports are rugby and squash, playing outside centre or wing for Guildfordians RFC for the 1st Team and competing in the Squash leagues at Surrey Sports Park.
The aim of my training style is to ensure you reach and exceed your fitness goals through challenging, varied and effective programmes tailored to meet your fitness levels and capabilities.
I am a very keen sportsman competing at a range of sports at county and divisional level for Rugby, Football, Cricket, Hockey, and Athletics. I am currently Assistant Gym Manager at the All England Lawn Tennis Club during the Wimbledon Championships, I work for Daley Thompson Athletics Academy and also Head coach of the University Of Surrey Women's Rugby Team with an unbeaten 2016/2017 season.
I have over six years' experience working in fitness, and have participated in Half-Marathons, Triathlons, CrossFit and masters swimming.
I have spent the last 3 years focusing on weight training and strength development. My main passion is building women’s confidence to train strength; coaching and encouraging my clients so they can approach the weights area confidently and technically skilled.
