Time to Run

Are you looking to develop your running technique and learn how to increase your distance safely and effectively?

Our Time To Run courses are run by experienced run coaches, ready to support and guide you in increasing your confidence in distance running. Whether you are a beginner looking to complete your first 5km, or a current runner looking to increase your distance, these courses are designed to increase your capability in only 8 weeks.

Upcoming courses – RETURNING SPRING 2019

Couch to 5k

A course for people new to running, who might need to boost their confidence to complete a 5k. Sessions will be progressive and fun, with a good introduction to stretching and cooling down. Members should be able to jog for six minutes without stopping. This course will be a build up to run a 5k Park Run!

Time to Run (5k-10k)

A course for people who are comfortable running, you will have run 5k and are aiming to improve or return to regular running, with the goal of a 10k in mind. Sessions will be progressive and fun and will include strength and cardio work. Members should be able to run/jog up to 30 minutes without stopping.

Days: Mondays
Time: 18.30- 19.30
Price: £56 for members/ £64 for non-members
