TeamMama run a range of outdoor exercise classes for mums who want to get fit, have fun and meet friends!
We welcome mums whatever stage of your postnatal journey, from new mums, to those mums who are months, or even years into your journey as a parent.
If you are a new mum, try out one of our classes as soon as you’ve had the all-clear from your GP at your 6-8 week postnatal appointment. Feel free to bring your babies/toddlers in their buggies, although its not a requirement…you can also come on your own!
We meet in reception at Surrey Sports Park … and usually end up in Starbucks after! You should also bring some water and wear comfortable training clothes.
