Foundation Pilates

Our Pilates Course will help you to set a foundation for all of the above in just 6 weeks by learning how to activate your core more effectively in order to help you move with more control and precision using the breath effectively.

During the course you will build upon technique and exercises in a comfortable and non-judgemental space where you will receive a high level of attention from our highly trained Pilates instructor.

Finish the course with the confidence and technique to attend other classes with your newfound skills!

  • Individuals suffering from back pain
  • Pre- and post natal women*
  • Those who lack confidence in a class setting

*After first trimester or after clearance from doctor post-birth.
