Foundation Pilates Course

If you have never done Pilates before, or if you have tried but never felt that you got the hang of it – then this course is for you.

Come and learn all the Pilates methods and all of the benefits that Pilates can provide on our 6-week fundamental course suitable for beginners to refreshers if you haven’t done pilates in a while. Each week you will focus on a different aspect of Pilates and build a repertoire of classic exercises.

Each movement is fully explained so that you understand why you should do it, what your goal is, and the key teaching points to make Pilates safe and effective for you.

Days: Tuesdays
Time: 19.30- 20.30
Dates: 11th September – 16th October
