Foundation Pilates Course

Learn how to engage and isolate individual groups of muscles, including your core muscles.

Activate your core more effectively and move with more control and precision using the breath effectively. This will bring a more core-aligned practice to any class that you take whether it’s Pilates or others and even the gym or everyday life!
