Surrey Sports Park offer a wide and varied range of Health & Fitness courses, suitable for beginners to experts. Whether you want to learn a new skill or be pushed to your limits by our fitness staff, we’ve got an enjoyable and effective course for you.

CHOOSE TO CHANGE

Our new Choose to Change programme is designed to support participants change their body through a coached eight-week programme. Choose to Change will equip you with the tools you need to improve your workouts and inspire you towards a healthier lifestyle.

The programme includes…

✔️ Weekly coached session with a 15-min educational talk & 45-min workout

✔️ Fitness test, weigh in & body measurements at the start, middle and end

✔️ Attend two sessions of either Synrgy or a class at The Rig every week

LEARN TO LIFT BARBELLS

A six-week course to build your confidence and teach you how to get the most out of your training. Focusing on the key lower body lifts such as squats, deadlifts and hip thrust and upper body lifts such as the bench press and chin-ups.
