The ultimate cardiovascular workout on a bicycle working to motivational music, that also helps to tone and shape the whole body.
ICG Coach by Colour
The Coach By Colours power program combines accurate zonal training based off your individual FTP and is paired with stimulating colour to help coach a member‘s effort during the workout.
Experience routes from across the globe as our instructors put together thousands of combinations for your ride meaning that you’ll never do the same class twice whether it’s an iconic climb in the Italian Alps or the hot tar of California’s long road.
In every class, participants ride for, with and against each other to meet the group target, win team battles and achieve personal bests.
From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.
The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.
The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.
Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.
