CONCESSION RATES

Group concession rates apply to Scouts, Schools, Registered Companies and Charities wishing to book an instructed session.

Our minimum number of climbers per instructor to access concession rates is 4 for a 60-minute session (£10 per person), or 6 for a 90-minute session (£12 per person).

During weekly sessions we can teach the complete GCSE PE Climbing Syllabus for Edexcel, AQA or OCR (over a minimum of six weeks), offer appropriate goal-setting ideas, and work towards completing them for the Duke of Edinburgh Award… or simply get the group climbing!

Our team are also experienced at instructing SEN groups and can offer a range of adaptions to make the session enjoyable for neurodiverse people of all backgrounds and ages.

Please email Climbing at climbing@surreysportspark.co.uk for availability and more information on what we can offer your group.

EXTERNAL INSTRUCTORS

Many external instructors coach at our walls, such as Scout Leaders or performance coaches.

If you are a qualified instructor looking to bring a group of novices please email climbing@surreysportspark.co.uk with evidence of your qualifications (First Aid, CWI, DBS). Please let us know what size group you wish to bring and when you would like access to the wall.

Guest Notice – Face Coverings

From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.

Thank you,

Surrey Sports Park
