With the tennis season behind us there is still the opportunity to enjoy it by attending one of our cardio tennis sessions that are held on a Thursday evening from 8-9 and Saturday afternoon from 12.30-1.30. These sessions are free to members or £6.80 for non-members.

Cardio tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body , calorie burning aerobic workout.

During the normal session you will hit up to 1000 balls and will burn an average of 500 to 1000 calories.

One of the joys of cardio tennis is that it can be partaken by players of all abilities so if you wish to enjoy an hour of combined tennis and fitness just book online or contact Front of House.

Guest Notice – Face Coverings

From Saturday 19th September, it will be essential for every person in Surrey Sports Park’s communal areas to wear a face covering. This is in-line with the campus-wide policy introduced by the University of Surrey.

The policy does not apply whilst taking part in sport and exercise and activity areas are exempt.

The University considers that the responsibility of wearing a face covering sits with individuals and we expect all our staff, students and public to adhere to this requirement where possible.

Please be mindful and respectful towards members of our community who, due to exceptional circumstances, may be unable to wear a face covering; their reasons may not be visible to others.
