Autumn courses out now!

The summer is slowly disappearing, but it’s not all bad news. We have a wide range of Health, Fitness & Wellbeing courses starting this autumn.

Here’s a short run-down of what we have on offer as the sun starts to disappear.

Pilates Foundation (Tuesdays 19.30-20.30 – 11th September – 16th October)

Our Pilates Foundation Course is perfect for beginners and those looking to rehabilitate post-injury.  In a smaller class size and with a physiotherapist from The Treatment Room in attendance, this course offers you the opportunity to discover Pilates in a safe environment.

We have three – yes THREE! – Different Yoga courses starting this September with each one catering to your different needs.

Yoga for Beginners is a great introduction to Yoga focusing on basic Yoga poses and allowing you to discover Yoga with fellow beginners.

Yoga for Improvers follows on from the Beginners course and using expert guidance to advance some of the postures featured in the beginner’s course and introduces other strong postures and techniques to provide a solid foundation and build confidence.

Yoga: Recharge & De-stress is a lunchtime yoga class giving you a break from the working day.  This course focuses on mindfulness allowing you to counteract work related stress and physical discomfort.

Time to Run

We have two Time to Run courses that will help you get started and improve at running!

Couch to 5k is a course for people new to running! Sessions will be progressive and fun with a build-up to run a 5k Park Run.

Our 5k-10k is a course for people who are comfortable running and are aiming to improve or return to regular running!

Girls Who Lift (Tuesdays/Thursdays 18th/20th September – 23rd/25th October)

This women-only course will help you increase confidence in the free-weights area.  Join a small group with female trainers who will guide you through using our free-weights and enable you to get the most out of your gym workout.

Battlecamp (Mondays & Wednesdays 19.00-20.00 – 8th October-14th November)

Need an extra push? This 6-week course is designed to push participants to their limits!

With two outdoor workouts a week our expert trainers will challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina with unique bootcamp equipment.

Our toughest fitness course on offer, it’s certainly not for the fainthearted.
