Surrey Sports Park and Tecnifibre sign Performance Partnership

Surrey Sports Park has secured the support services of squash and tennis brand Tecnifibre in 3 year deal. The agreement will see Tecnifibre become the principle performance partner for squash, racquetball and tennis at the Guildford elite facility.
Tecnifibre is a world leading brand in squash and tennis equipment having been driving technology for over 30 years.
Smash Sports LTD, the UK’s exclusive Tecnifibre distributor, are providing a range of benefits to players and coaches and will also work with the Sports Park to host a number of exhibition matches throughout the year with top players in the UK and Europe.
Surrey Sports Park hosts a number of high performance squash events over the year including English Junior Nationals, England International Training Camps, Regional Junior Performance Squads and Camps, Regional Junior Closed, Surrey Cup County League Summer & Winter Play-Offs.
The University of Surrey-owned venue hosts 7 men’s and 3 ladies teams within the Surrey Cup County League and had over 400 players regularly taking part in the sport on a weekly basis, including a junior performance programme introducing over 500 juniors to squash each year. It is also the offices for the South East arm of England Squash & Racketball.
The tennis facilities at Surrey Sports Park regularly attract over 200 junior and adult participants each week and boasts high performance players competing in the Surrey County Leagues.
