Sutton United arrive at Surrey Sports Park
06 August 2012

Surrey Sports Park is proud to announce that Sutton United Football Club will now be based at the Sports Park for training this season.
Sutton will be holding morning training sessions on the artificial pitches on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with strength and conditioning sessions in the Health and Fitness Centre on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. They will also be making use of the Surrey Human Performance Institute for various tests and analysis.
Fitness training will be overseen by up-and-coming strength and conditioning coach Shyam Chavda from the Surrey Sports Park S&C internship programme.
The Sutton boys have been in pre-season training for several weeks and are looking forward to starting their Blue Square Premier campaign on Saturday 18th August away to Basingstoke Town. Their pre-season fixtures have thrown up mixed results so far, with two wins out of five against Hampton & Richmond Borough and Carshalton Athletic.
