Mexican Pentathlete arrives at Surrey Sports Park

One Pentathlete from Mexico has arrived at Surrey Sports Park for pre-Games training.

2011 Pan American Games gold medallist Oscar Soto Carrillo will prepare for the Modern Pentathlon event from this week, with his nation becoming the 16th to sign up for a training camp at the University of Surrey facility and his sport being the 11th different discipline that athletes have used Surrey Sports Park for.

Oscar took 8th place in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, his only other Games appearance to date.
