It’s a packed weekend of action at Surrey Sports Park this weekend with tchoukball, lacrosse, basketball and RFUW rugby sevens trials dominating proceedings…
Saturday and Sunday
England Lacrosee Home Internationals
England Women's Lacrosse will take on Wales, Ireland and Scotland in a series of fixtures at Surrey Sports Park this weekend, with a trophy presentation for the winning nation.
The tournament will follow a round robin format over the weekend in a tournament which England has enjoyed much success in over the last few years.
Alongside the main event there will be a 'B' tournament for development squads, also taking place at Surrey Sports Park and following the same format as the elite competition.
Saturday
Tchoukball National Championship Finals
The fun, fast and exciting sport that is Tchoukball is coming to Surrey Sports Park this Saturday (21st) at the UK National Championships come to a close.
The event will see the top 4 teams in the UK battling it out to become the National Champions. Bury Blitz, Guildford Inferno, Portsmouth Ducks and Leeds Met Galaxy will all battle it out for the title in the arena at Surrey Sports Park, and you can come down to get behind the teams!
Tchoukball, a cross between handball, volleyball and squash is a non contact sport that is fast, energetic and exciting. If you fancy a preview of the sport before Saturday, take a look at this video from the 2010 European Championships in Hereford.

Sunday
Guildford Heat vs Newcastle Eagles, 6pm
Guildford Heat round off their regular season in style on Sunday as they host the newly-crowned BBL Champions, the Newcastle Eagles, before beginning preparations for the play-offs.
The game tips off at 3 o'clock at the Surrey Sports Park on Sunday 22nd April. You can get your tickets by calling the Heat Box Office on 01483 689111 or through the online Surrey Sports Park Box Office. And don't forget that to round everything off, the annual End of Season event is after the game. It starts at 6pm at the Surrey Sports Park and includes the famous shirt auction. Entry is just £2 for adults and £1 for children.
