Save a Life at Surrey Sports Park!
15 February 2012

Fancy the potential to save a life after your Friday work-out, swim or fitness class?
Come down to Surrey Sports Park on Friday afternoon between 2pm and 7pm and find out how you can go through the simple process of joining the Bone Marrow Donor Register through charity Anthony Nolan.
University of Surrey student charity group Surrey Marrow are planning their biggest recruitment event to date and expecting a massive turnout! Joining the Register is not difficult or hard - all you have to do is give a quick saliva sample, and then you are well on your way to saving a life
If you are a match (which is a 1/1000 chance!), the process is simple, just like giving blood. The whole process in full in this video here.
So, if you are between 18-40 and in good health, come along to Surrey Sports Park and potentially be a lifesaver.
Invite all your friends - they could be a match for someone in need of that lifesaving transplant.
