New online booking now available

Surrey Sports Park is pleased to announce that our new and improved online booking system is now available!

You can continue using the old service up until midday on Friday 16th December. Please ensure that you have updated any bookmarks and favourites for easy and smooth access to our new system.

Features of the updated system include:

NEW! Online Cancellation
Members can now cancel zero-cost activities online. You can cancel booked activities by accessing your 'Account History' once logged in and clicking the red 'X' next to the booking.

Re-Register
Please be aware, you will need to re-register before using the new system. Registration is a quick process requiring you to provide your membership card number, a username and password and provide a security answer.

Reception Kiosks
As part of the online booking upgrade, we have also upgraded the kiosks in the reception area. New benefits include:

- Kiosk re-book functionality
Members can swipe their card at the kiosk and re-book any activity they have attended previously.

- Fast-track sessions
Members can swipe their card and choose from a range of activities and classes available that day.

- Ticket pick-up option
Members can confirm attendance and obtain tickets for classes they are attending that day.

- Keep up-to-date
The new booking homepage now features a Twitter feed which will notify you of any changes to the advertised programme and timetable. This is in addition to the regular programme changes page online. If you have access to Twitter then follow @ssp_updates to get changes directly on your own feed.
