Mayor's Quiz raises £1700 for Children in Need

Monday evening saw 140 people take part in the Mayor of Guildford's Quiz Night at Surrey Sports Park, all in aid of Children in Need. 

The event raised a fantastic £1760 for the Children in need appeal. The night was lead by quizmaster Alan Dedicoat, National Lottery's 'the voice of the balls', who announced that the result will be broadcast on Terry Wogan's 'Weekend Wogan' show on BBC Radio 2 this Sunday morning between 11.15am-12.15am.  

The Mayor, Terence Patrick thanked everyone for their support and was delighted with the result.
