Blackmore re-signs as NTL Storm Talent coach for 2012

Surrey Storm have announced that Emma Blackmore has been appointed as Head Coach of the Surrey Storm NTL Talent Squad for next season.
Blackmore, who has re-signed on a two year contract, lead the Storm Talent squad to a respectable thrid place in the NTL last season, and will be looking to take Storm's young stars even further in the 2012 campaign.
She said, "I'm so pleased and honoured to sign-on as the Storm Talent Head Coach for another two years. The players have developed so much over the past couple of years, and we are looking to build on our progress and improve on our third position from last season."
Storm Talent are trialling for players for it’s 2011/12 campaign from Thursday 15 September. Last season saw the squad finish a respectable third in the league table.
To be eligible to trial you must be born between 1 January 1993 and 31 December 1997, be England Netball affiliated to a club, and be a current or past athlete in the Regional or National Excel Programmes.
All players must be available for the first round of trials on Thursday 15 September. Successful athletes will then be invited to the second round of trials on Thursday 22 September.
