Surrey Storm announce NSL trials for new 2012 season

Netball Superleague side Surrey Storm have announced trial dates for the new 2012 Fiat Netball Superleague season.

Last year saw the London and South East Franchise build upon a successful debut year by reaching the Superleague Grand Final and finishing close runners-up to a strong Hertfordshire Mavericks.

Surrey Storm Superleague trials will be on Thursday 22nd and Monday 26th September. Trials are open to players of a suitable standard, preferably with previous International, Superleague, Premier or County playing experience. Applicants must be able to attend both trial dates which will be held at Surrey Sports Park.

SURREY STORM SUPERLEAGUE 2012 TRIALS

Thursday 22nd September 19.30 – 21.30
Monday 26th September 19.00 – 21.00

Surrey Storm train and play at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, part of the University of Surrey and one of the finest sporting facilities in Europe. Players have access to a 700sqm Fitness Centre, a 50m pool, extensive climbing wall and of course 3 full size indoor netball courts with fully sprung wooden floors.

After thier grand final appearance last season, Surrey Storm have big ambitions for the 2012 season and want to recruit players with a winning attitude. We take pride in our team and in return for professionalism and talent, reward our players with the following non-exhaustive list of benefits:

Once all applications have been received, these will be reviewed by the Franchise Coaching and Management staff, and players will be contacted inviting them to trial if their application is suitable.
