Storm celebrate end of season

Surrey Storm celebrated the end of the season with an awards evening at Surrey Sports Park last night.

In a season that saw the London & South East franchise almost snatch the title having had a strong finish in the play-offs, it was time to celebrate and acknowledge some outstanding performances.

Fans Player of the Year had already been awarded at the last home game to Becky Trippick and so the additional awards went to Rachel Dunn for Coaches Player of the Year, Most Improved Player of the Year went to Katy Holland and Players Player of the Year to Hannah Reid.

Surrey Storm will now look forward to improve on this season and win the Netball Superleague in 2012.
