Wheelchair rugby Super Series comes to Surrey

Hard-hitting wheelchair rugby comes to Surrey this weekend as the Super Series heads to Surrey Sports Park on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th July.

The Sports Park will play host to the Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby (GBWR) team in the third and final Super Series of the 2011 programme. 

The Super Series is the exciting new look competition programme for GBWR. The two pool tournament will run over two days, resulting in cross over games and culminating in the crowning of a overall weekend winner.

Surrey Sports Park Head of Projects Gems Leaming, said "We are delighted to welcome the Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby team and the Super Series Three to Surrey Sports Park. The weekend promises to be action-packed and we hope as many people as possible come down and get to see this fantastic sport."

Spectators are welcome and matches are free to attend, starting from 9am on Saturday 9th July.

Saturday 9.00am - 6.30pm
Sunday 8:30am - 5.00pm
