Defending champions Surrey Health & Raquets overwhelmed final newcomers TWP St George's Hill 4-1 to win the Premier Squash League title for the third time in four years.

The final was the first all-Surrey final in the history of the world's most prestigious squash league, and the event saw some old familiar faces return to Guildford and some of the world's elite squash players. Peter Barker, Adrian Grant and spectator for the evening world no. 5 Alison Waters have all previously played PSL for the old University of Surrey based UniSPORT team, and returned with their current clubs to battle it out for the chance to be crowned National Champions.

It was a feast of top level squash with Peter Barker (World no. 7), Daryl Selby (12), Adrian Grant (18), Tom Richards (25) and Women's world no. 9 Camille Serme exciting the crowd with some entertaining squash. To top it all, former world open champion and world no. 1 Peter Nicol helped Surrey get into a commanding position as they eventually went on to win 4-1.
