Easter Camps a hit with the kids
22 April 2011

Surrey Sports Park has just completed a successful two weeks of Easter sports camps which were a real hit with those who attended.
The two weeks covered a ranged of sports and were also coached by some top coaches and international athletes. The sports camps included swimming improvers, football with Fulham FC, rugby with Harlequins RFU, netball with Surrey Storm captain and England International Tamsin Greenway, climbing and squash with Student England coach Graeme Williams.
15 year old Alex Robinson attended the squash camp and said “Having used the courts for almost the full year the Park has been open, it has been a great experience. Both the quality of the courts themselves and the quality and frequency of the sessions and courses are incredible, and a great improvement over the old Varsity Centre. They are by far the best squash facilities I’ve ever used, and the opening of the new Sports Park has allowed me to develop my squash and enjoy all of the other facilities such as the pool and climbing wall.”
The next holiday camps at Surrey Sports Park will be at the end of May and the Summer camps starting in July.
