Surrey Sports Park hosts the Independent Boys Schools Climbing Competition

This weekend saw Surrey Sports Park’s Climbing Centre host the Independent Boys Schools Climbing Competition.

The event was organized by Surrey’s Charterhouse School and saw 7 Independent schools from across the country - including Eton and Harrow - compete to overcome 3 top roping/lead climb problems and 9 boulder problems.

Organizer Pippa Nelson of Charterhouse School commented that “all the schools were impressed by the facilities” and that the Climbing Centre was “an ideal location for a competition.”
