Service Improvements

We would like to advise all members of the following ongoing maintenance work over the next 2 weeks:

Temporary Traffic Management - Main Entrance
A temporary traffic light system is now in place at the main entrance to Surrey Sports Park while we develop the main access route.

Members are advised that this may add a small amount of time onto your journey into Surrey Sports Park, so please allow an extra 5-10 minutes when planning your visit.

It is expected this traffic system will be in place for the next 2 weeks.

Technical Improvements: Saturday 3 July - Sunday 4 July
This weekend we are making scheduled improvements to our online booking facility and telephone service.

These improvements are due to take place between Saturday 3 July, 10.00pm and Monday 4 July, 0.00am.

During this time online booking will be unavailable. Bookings will therefore need to be made in person or over the phone.

We expect our usual phone service (01483 689111) to be unaffected and fully operational, however if you do encounter a problem in contacting us please use the following alternative numbers:

Please be aware these numbers are temporary Front of House numbers and should only be used if our main line, 01483 689111, is unavailable during Saturday 3 July, 10.00pm and Monday 4 July, 0.00am.

Reminder
If you haven't already, please pick up your free Additional Car Park permit from Front of House on your next visit.

This will allow you free use of the additional Pay and Display car park at the bottom of the main entrance to Surrey Sports Park during peak time hours (16.30 - 23.00 Monday to Friday and 07.00 - 23.00 Saturday and Sunday).

Please remember to bring your membership card and car registration number with you when collecting your permit.

Members will not require a parking permit to park in the top two Surrey Sports Park car parks.
