*Joining
- Free one day guest pass must be booked in advance and is for one day’s use of the pool, sauna, steam room, gym or group fitness classes (subject to availability). All guests must fill out the appropriate paperwork and sign a PARQ form before using the gym. Surrey Sport Park reserve the right to refuse entry without reason. Only one visit per guest.
**Referral Offer
- The offer is valid on all new Public and Staff Members who join between January 3rd 2012 and March 4th 2012 subject to availability.
- To receive gift new member must join on a 12 month contract and pay full joining fee.
- Voucher can only be used once and must be surrendered when collecting the wine pack.
- Surrey Sports Park reserves the right to amend these terms and remove the offer without prior notice.
