About Me
Nick is very passionate about Personal Training and aims to bring out the best in his clients by helping them to achieve their ambitions and better themselves.
Nick has always been an enthusiastic sportsman and completed his National Diploma in Sport in 2009, gaining an overall grade of 3 distinctions (equivalent to 3 As). He then went on to achieve his certificate in Advanced Personal Training with Premier Training.
After completing his Level 3, Nick decided to widen his education further by taking a Level 4 Masters course which included Lower Back Rehabilitation along with Kettle Bell, Medicine Ball and Core Stability courses.
Sport is a major factor in his life, playing rugby, football, cricket, hockey and athletics, all competing at county and divisional level. His main sport is rugby, playing the position of Fly Half for Guildford RFC, currently playing at senior level.
Coaching is another of Nick’s key interests, achieving Level 1 certificate in Rugby Union, and Referee Levels 1 and 2.

Nick’s Philosophy
Nick currently trains clients with a wide range of variety in goals such as gaining strength and size, postural correction, weight loss, general tone and fitness, lower back rehabilitation, marathon/triathlon training, sports specific and plyometric training.
Nick strives to help people achieve their goals and ensure that they are aiming high enough.
