Andrew Jeffery - Personal Trainer
After finishing theatre school in 1998 Andrew went on to perform in various musicals touring the U.K. and West-End.
In 2003 Andrew wanted to persue another passion he had in health and fitness and completed a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy.
Since then he's been working as a freelance personal trainer, training people for a wide variety of goals including fitness,weight loss,strength training and conditioning for running,football,cycling,polo,horse riding and injury rehabilitation.
Andrew has a huge passion for health and fitness and believes that with determination and commitment people can achieve the most amazing results.
Diploma in Musical Theatre and Professional Dance,Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage,Boxercise and Kick Boxercise Instructor,Bosu Training, Extreme Kettlebell Instructor,Advanced Functional Training.
Andrew believes that natural movement is the key to improve stability and strength across the entire body. Body weight exercises,core stability,suspension training and kettlebell training are performed in most clients programs because they can be used at all levels and abilities.
