Alice Tourell ASCC Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer

Alice graduated from Portsmouth University in 2009 with a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and throughout her degree course she was involved in the physical training of athletes starting with training the University's National Swim Team. In her final year, Alice was awarded a Human Performance Intern position at Portsmouth Football Club which allowed her to work with Premiership athletes on a day-to-day basis, assisting with their gym-based training programmes and specialising in player's injury rehabilitation programmes. In 2012 Alice became a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and is now working as Head of Senior Land Training at Guildford City Swimming Club. As a former competitive swimmer, Alice applies this drive and dedication into her one-to-one training and now focuses on applying elite training methods into her programming, no matter whether your goal is to lose weight or achieve Olympic gold.
