We regret that reservations are not possible and places can only be secured with payment at time of booking. Guests must retain their booking ticket for all bookings.
Cancellation and refund policy
• In case of course cancellation, all enrolled guests will be contacted and a refund given on remaining sessions.
• Guests who wish to withdraw or transfer from a course must do so before the second session. No refunds will be given after the second session.
• Refunds are subject to the discretion of Surrey Sports Park.
General Information
• It is advisable for course participants to collect their course confirmation ticket before the course start date.
• It is the responsibility of the course participant (or parent) to inform the instructor of any medical condition prior to the start of the course
• In the event of an accident Surrey Sports Park reserves the right to adopt the appropriate emergency plan.
