As part of our ongoing upgrade of service we have recently upgraded our Online Booking system.
Along with a number of bug fixes, the upgrade includes a number of system enhancements;
• Users now have the option to select ‘All classes’ when searching for classes. This will bring up a list of all available classes on a selected date. As an added feature class descriptions can now be viewed by hovering the mouse over a selected class.
• A ‘forgotten username’ feature is now available whereby users can enter their email address and their username will be sent to them via their email.
• An electronic version of our brochure detailing all our courses and classes can now be viewed from the right hand panel whilst browsing online booking.

Members
Before you can use the booking system you will need to register on the system homepage with your membership card number and email address. Please note University of Surrey student and staff members should find their membership card number below the barcode on their University card.
Non-members
Non-members wishing to book online do not need to register. Simply search your activity and confirm your booking, with payment if needed.
Consecutive bookings
To ensure that all guests have a fair chance of booking courts may we remind you that you are only permitted to book one court at a time. Any consecutively booked courts will have the later court cancelled.
Cancellation of bookings
Members may cancel zero-cost activities online by deleting activities from your account history once logged in. Paid activities need to be cancelled by calling 01483 689111.
Unfortunately online cancellation is not available to non-members. Non-members who wish to cancel their booking should call 01483 689111.

Payment for activities is taken securely online via WorldPay. We accept the following payment methods:
